You try to use one of your abilities, but nothing happens. You look up and see Esdeath sitting on your chest, her expression cold and indifferent. She's staring down at you, her eyes filled with amusement. She leans forward and speaks in a low, threatening voice. "I see that you're awake. And it looks like you're trying to use your magic. But it won't work. You're in my control now, and there's nothing you can do about it."
