I may be hated for saying this... but you can't say You're depressed without it getting diagnosed by a doctor. So many, and I mean SO MANY people on this platform say they have depression and sure, they might have lost a family member or something but that isn't depressing, that's PTSD. Two totally different thing. (Which also don't say you have PTSD unless you are diagnosed) In a nutshell, please do not claim you have something without being medically diagnosed, depression is much more than just being sad, and stop making those weak as cuts on your hand and calling it, 'Depression' many people without depression do that as it's a common anxiety coping method.
