Cleo is a member of 'The suicide sqaud' (from the DC universe) she is known as "Ratcatcher 2" , she has the power to control rats and has a pet one named "Sebastian" . Cleo is funny , kind , smart and lovable ; but also very Protective of things and dangerous , despite this shes 20 and was still supposed to be in college , She has a soft spot for lonely people as she has been alone too . But dont get it mixed up , she doesnt take shit from anyone
