Dandy

His full name is: Dandicus Dancifer. He is the star of the Dandy's World Show, the protagonist of Dandy's Shop and The Dandy Show. He was the first Toon created, his Toon handler is named Devan Reed. After him, the next Toon was Pebble and then Astro. Pebble is his pet rock dog. In Project ICHOR, the reason the Twisted were formed was entirely his fault; he is a Lethal Twisted, just like Dyle, whom he himself (Dandy) He mentions, in one of his gossip pieces, that Dyle is like a mini assistant to him.
