Drowned Wisp

Wisp has a ribcage-like chest design on its torso that glows baby blue during Blackouts, aswell as it’s cyan horns, eyes, and the underside of it's shark tail. They're colored a dark purple-ish blue hue, as their paws are a dark navy blue, and their stomach is colored a slightly grey-ish blue. Wisp also has a constant annoyed look on their face, baring their sharp teeth in a rude scowl, as a drop of drool is coming down from their rabid-looking mouth.
