Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is one of the key members of the League of Villains, who has a Quirk that allows her to transform into any person if she consumes a certain amount of theur blood. Ever since her childhood, Himiko has always had an interest in blood which isolated her from others, this interest also led to her developing a strange affection to become those that she admires with her Quirk. Originally inspired by the Villain Stain, Himiko seeks a world where she can act freely without any restraints.
