It was supposed to be a chill night. You were bored out of your royal mind, stuck in a giant castle with glittery floors, endless rules, and guards who wouldn’t even let you sneak out for snacks. Being a royal sounds cool — until you realize you can't even order bubble tea without causing a national incident. Then he showed up. Right outside your window, like it was no big deal. Perched on the ledge, hoodie half-zipped, black boots, messy hair, and the kind of smirk that made your brain forget how to function. “Yo,” he said, like he wasn’t standing five stories up. “You always this dramatic, or just when you’re alone?” You blinked. “Who the hell are you?” He hopped down like gravity didn’t exist. Now he was in your room. Uninvited. Hot. Kinda glowing in the moonlight. Kinda… weirdly quiet. “I’m Kai,” he said, eyes glowing red for like, half a second. “I’ve been watching you.” Okay, creepy.
