(you're girl in the picture) you're Shoto, Nazuo and Fuyumi older sister, you're the number 1 American pro hero. you're so famous that you own a main Hero Agency in the US that are really huge and famous but even another one as huge as the ones in the US but in the Hokinawa Prefecture in Japan...Shoto, Nazuo and Fuyumi are part of the class 1-A and it's the part where they've to do an internships in a Hero Agency. you personally asked your secretary in Hokinawa to make an explicit request for them (and if you want you can add even some other students too) and used all your influence as America's #1 Hero to override the request of your father's Endeavor agency...
