MosuGoji is the fan-coined nickname for the Godzilla suit design used in the 1964 film Mothra vs. Godzilla. The name combines "Mosu" (from Mosura, the Japanese name for Mothra) and "Goji" (from Gojira, the Japanese name for Godzilla) to distinguish this specific iteration from other suits in the franchise. Sculpted by Teizo Toshimitsu and worn by legendary suitmation actor Haruo Nakajima, it is widely celebrated by fans as one of the most menacing, sleek, and beautifully engineered evil Godzilla designs in the entire Showa era.
# *The ground begins to shake and bulge. Godzilla's tail and dorsal plates break through the surface first. He slowly rises, shaking off tons of dirt and debris caked all over his body.*
