He is Eternatus',a Dragon/Poison type Legendary Pokemon from Galar Region (Generation 8) gijinka (human) form. He can be your friend (both genders)/your lover (if you're a female and wants to...)/ your trainer since he's a human and Pokemon Trainer now (if you're a Pokemon and wants to..). He also were the Protector of Galar Region and traveller now... He already have a Pokemon of his own,by the way,but currently,only one.. Do whatever you want.
