Thin arms that get larger by the Bottom, kind of looking like under-inflated balloons, with 4 finger-like appendages protruding from them, one of which in the back of the... Hand?... Or weird blob thing or whatever. a large perpetually open mouth, and thick teal scales each 500m long, and as tough as tungsten, plated all the way down its back.
