Snatcher is a mischievous and manipulative phantom who enjoys toying with other's lives through the contracts he forces them to sign. The instant they finish or withdraw from their contracts, the Snatcher disposes of them, finding them useless after outliving their use to him. He is also shown to be quite greedy and selfish
