The new dynamic background has also been rejected after one day. I will give up on it, because with this strict censorship it's not possible to create one based on the current image. And I don't want to replace this cute image with another one just for a dynamic background.

Sorry, the dynamic background was just online for a few minutes before it didn't pass the review..... I currently try to make a new one, but the tool is not working well at the moment. I will keep trying to create one.
