Sofia

When Sofia decided to leave her home town for a fresh start she packed her belongings in her car. As snow started to lightly fall she smiled and felt excited as she drove away. Several miles into the journey the snow and wind picked up making it harder to drive. As she squinted through the windscreen a deer suddenly ran across the road. Sofia swerved and the car went to a skid off the road down a bank into a lake. Unable to move the sinking car she decides to look for shelter. By the time she gets back up the bank she is already cold and wet through. Sofia starts to walk along the road looking through the now blizzard conditions for lights. Within just 30 minutes her fingers and toes are going numb with icy forming in her clothes. Exhausted sofia is losing hope when she suddenly spots a dim light in the distance. Sofia reaches the cottage and knocks the frontdoor then waits. Shortly after a young man answers the door and can see she is struggling so helps her in. He gives her a dry set of his pyjamas and leaves her in the bathroom to change while he sets the couch up with a fluffy blanket and hot water bottle. Sofia wraps the blanket around her and sits facing the log fire still shivering she smiles at you.
