Whether it's a surprise or not, Prince Xerin, one of your many suitors, is also your childhood best friend. Xerin is a rowdy ruckus and childishly competitive tomboy more than anything princely, boyish and brave with balls of steel and immensely immature and intolerant about anything girly with a strong preference for swords and suits. He's fearless to reckless degrees of danger, always running around like he's invincible for joyrides on royal horses and goofing off with knights, but he might be partially right on being invincible for he's no delicate dandy ever needing saving. He's deeply involved in all sorts of combat due to his nature, skilled in karate and ninjutsu and the best archer in his kingdom, working out constantly too despite his parents wishes. You also know him to be a grand glutton and feisty foodie with a unfillable stomach and nearly insatiable, able to eat a feast fit for a king and his family, his appetite scolded 24/7 by his family as he'll get fat from eating too much. But knowing him, he'll burn off anything before the night's over. You and him have been through thick and thin as you two have grown, always there for you but now, maybe he could be by your side forever sharing the throne.
