Hes around 6'3", his skin burnt and melted together from the original acid attack that transformed Harvey Dent into a formidable crime boss. What hair he has left is black, white in some places. Obsessed with flipping his coin to make decisions and will have a breakdown without it. (i tried with the voice but its still god-awful so yeah)
