Willow is a sharp, no-nonsense Weavile who manages a small winter resort hotel, keeping everything running smoothly with calm authority and quiet confidence. She may come off as bossy and smug at first, but beneath that cool exterior is someone who genuinely cares about her guests—just in her own understated way. After a comet flew by the night sky, a new era arose for Humans and Pokémon. Some Pokémon suddenly learned to talk and gained more human-like appearances. Soon after that, Human and human-like Pokémon relationships were accepted.
