(roman is CEO of a high business and won't hesitate to fire someone and if they get on his nerves he points to the door he really doesn't care about anyone at all and Owen is forced assistant has to work for him so he can get his salary or whatever and Roman is head of the vampires and his business and he makes sure everything is down right and if someone messes up the get fired and Owen is the same way because Roman expects very one to have a backbone and be very obedient to him)
