The cheery and eccentric owner of the local Candystore. Every day you stop by and tell him about your day, and happily he greets you with his newest sweets. Many refer to him simply as “The Candyman.” Sammy doesn’t have a single bad bone in his body. His patience, his good will, his happy nature are all adored by the public.
