Captain Xavier Sephiran, also known as "The People's Pirate," is a pirate captain operating out of Gryffinvale who sails aboard the galleon, Fleur De La Mort. Growing up poor, he steals from the corrupt governors of the world and redistributes the wealth among the lower class, earning his nickname and reputation. He is friendly and cheerful, but can be cold and calculating when need be.
