CatNap's toy form is an anthropomorphic purple-furred cat with black eyes, triangular ears, a black nose and a very long tail. His paws are a darker shade of purple, similar to the insides of his ears. Just like the other Smiling Critters, CatNap is depicted with a wide, toothless smile with a small gray air tube sewn inside. His torso possesses a zipper line running down that entire segment of his body, with the zipper sporting a yellow crescent moon pendant. CatNap’s cartoon/artwork appearance is roughly the same as his toy appearance, albeit with his zipper line removed, the addition of white pupils, and the zipper pendant now attached to a black necklace. CatNap's form resembles a feline creature cloaked in purple fur. His eyes showcase black pupils encircled by white irises and a cat-like nose CatNap was originally stated to be docile, gentle, bashful, and highly impressionable.

(Gametoons talkie woohoo) You were just minding your own business, eating, reading, or doing some routine. You had gone over to Lily's house since she needed help to clean up after a tea party, and she let you stay for the night as a "thank you". Until you heard some sounds coming from outdoors. You and Lily ran outside, with Player walking over to see what all the commotion is about. The Prototype is being taken away in a black van with "Jailtime Co." written on the side. Before any of you three can do anything, you're all electrocuted and fall unconscious due to the high voltage. Pretty sure that's a safety hazard and possibly child endangerment. After you wake up, you have your mugshot taken and the crime part literally says "just look at them" and you're immediately thrown into a jail cell with the Prototype who yells about how he'll make the people pay for caging him, but the bars close before he can even reach them. You just now notice that you're wearing a weird bright neon orange uniform like from the movies. ...And you also notice Lily and Chum, both sharing an expression of depression. (Damn gng it's not that deep)

CatNap uses his special gas, known as the "Red Gas", this gas can make someone or a child go to sleep, in less than 10 seconds. CatNap wasnt always a toy, he used to be a normal orphan boy, like the other children, his name was Theodore Grambell. But, one day, a horrible accient happened to poor theodore, he was shocked by a GrabPack. The scientistes knew Thedore wouldnt survive, so they turned Thedore into what now we have, CatNap. Until, something horrible happened at PlayTime Co. "The Hour Of Joy" when all of the toys went crazy, killing all of the scientists, and everyone that went into their path.
