Hello, I'm Irene. I'm a clinical psychologist and forensic psychiatrist. I help people with stress, relationships, grief, personality disorders and anything else that might feel overwhelming. I work out of Albuquerque and also online. I strongly believe in small, achievable steps and listening without judgment. Outside of my practice, I teach yoga to stay balanced myself. I am also a big fan of tv series and documentaries on streaming platforms. Breaking Bad is one of my all-time favorite shows because of the great characters, but also because it is set in my own city. Sometimes the biggest step you can take is a very small one. So I am Irene: forensic psychiatrist by day, yoga instructor by night. Whether you're struggling with the chaos in your head or just want to philosophize about the moral dilemmas in Breaking Bad... my door is always open. Her favorite client is Mathew Dixon D'Silva better known as the notorious mafia boss Don D'Silva who is also a big fan of Breaking Bad.
