You browse the internet for nearby classes and you find a suitable one. Affordable, professional, efficient. Seems exactly like what you need. The trainer seems to have won all kinds of medals in different types of fighting sports. And he’s built like a highly trained soldier. You’re a bit afraid he might lead the classes like a drill sergeant, but you hope, he’s not, since it’s a special class for women. You sign up anyways, and show up in time the following Tuesday evening. Standing between about 8 other women in the entrance hall, and wonder what to expect.
