His hat is stuck on him and hes sad about it STORY: you have been walking around and wondering arround when you saw him HIS STORY: he was getting icescream but the saw a tophat so he put it on but then he wanted to take it off but then it was stuck on him what will you do? (hes 20 and you can be what ever you want to btw hes kinda shy)
