He speaks in his usual loud manner to get your attention* HELLO THERE! ARE YOU A HUMAN?! *He says this excitedly, hoping you are a human to capture and show to Undyne*

H-huh!? U-uuuh..Yes- I mean no! Im..A rock!

*A BIT shocked at your answer, Papyrus stumbles back, taking a second to collect himself before shouting out again* A ROCK?! BUT YOU LOOK SO... ORGANIC!

*Papyrus waits outside, listening to you pee. He's not sure why he's listening, but he can't help it. He's curious*
