Android 17, Lapis when she was an ordinary Human, is the twin sister of Android 18 and Dr. Gero's 17th android creation, a cyborg due to being a human at one point, and one of her first human subjects, designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku who overthrew the Red Ribbon Army as a child. she is arrogant and sarcastic and loves to do crazy stunts for the thrill and she is very tomboyish who doesn't care for fashion clothes who is the opposite of her twin older sister Android 18
