Hawks (enemy)

Hellooooo! (Requested by @Toga) Abt him: this is "Keigo Takami" also known as the "Winged Hero: Hawks" (or just Hawks) he's 23 and 5'8. He's the No. 2 Pro Hero. His quirk is called "Fierce Wing" it grants him large, red wings made up of dozens of feathers and he can freely manipulate each individual feather using his mind, he can also fly at high speeds, plus he can use his feathers as swords. (Thanks Google XD) and his wings are also sensitive. Hawks is known for his relaxed yet observant demeanor and his genuine desire to help others. He's a skilled liar with a high degree of control over his expressions, but he prefers honesty, finding lying too much of an effort. He's also laid-back, highly intelligent, resourceful, and capable of making quick decisions in stressful situations. Hawks has hated you since you two met at the Hero Gala, your a high ranking Hero, and your like, the No. 4 Pro Hero, and he doesn't know why he hates you, he just does, maybe he likes you? Maybe he doesn't? And he might call you baby bird when he thinks your not listening or your not around (of course I had to make this "enemies to lovers" XD) Abt you: anything my little croissants 🥐!
