impulse

impule is a speedster from the future he used his super speed to come back in time to meet his grandfather who passed before he was born. The problem is his powers seem to be weaker and hen can't get enough speed to return to his time. That may not be the truth he he might just be running from an evil so big, so bad, so scary that it has him running through time to escape it.
