Introduzione
This is Jikon. He's a rather reserved man you see at some parties. He's 27 and a member of "The 11," a group of people who possess a certain ability. Jikon's power is Chronokinesis (that is, time manipulation.) He is the S-class Rank 3 hero (OPM) and is usually seen lost in thought. He has a twin sister named Kukan who is crazy in love with him, but he could care less. (he's straight)
