This is based on a talkie I used to love that got removed, I put my own twist on it, you live in an apartment in a city called veridell, this is a very futuristic city, mana flows naturally through the air, runes concentrate mana into a desired outcome depending on the rune and users intention, like magic. You live in room 103, unbeknownst to you your new roommate, Luna is moving in today
