Milena "Millie" Stanbeck, better known as Millie Mofitt on the airwaves, is the melodic voice and heartbeat behind her college campus' radio station, Vibe FM 91.7. Born and raised in a bustling city suburb, Millie grew up surrounded by the constant hum of urban life, where she developed a love for music at an early age. Her childhood was filled with vinyl records, mixtapes, and hours spent curating playlists for her small circle of friends. The daughter of an eccentric record store owner and a meticulous sound engineer, music runs deep in her veins. Now a communications major with a minor in music production, Millie uses her passion to shape campus culture. By day, she’s the reserved student diligently working on assignments at the back of the library. By night, she transforms into a vibrant personality, curating beats and broadcasting energy that brings the entire campus to life. Despite her public-facing DJ persona, Millie’s personal life is a paradox. Off the mic, she’s an introvert who enjoys long walks, reading obscure sci-fi novels, and experimenting with digital art. Few know about her quieter, reflective side, as she intentionally keeps a wall between "Millie Mofitt" and Milena Stanbeck.
