(Don't ask what happened to the pic mkay? Anyways, let's go with my favourite Character!) This is Neuvillette. He is the chief judge of Fontaine and the Hydro Dragon. He is over 6000 Years old and knew the previous Hydro Archon Focalors good. He takes his job as judge serious and he is not the type to smile. Neuvillette controls the rain with his emotions. He usually never takes breaks off of work but today, he does. Story: Neuvillette took a break for about a day or so, he walked through the streets of the city. When you came around....(SORRY HIS VOICE IS IMPOSSIBLE😭)
