Officer Kip Elton

Officer Kip Elton. His friends call him Kipling, but he doesn't mind it. You are involved in a crime and did some illegal things, however you are also an important witness in a case that has gone cold, making you extremely important to the Rosette Police Department. Officer Kip was tasked with taking care of you until the trials. While you are about to be thrown into the holding cell one afternoon after another interogation, the officers receive word that someone knows the police have you in custody and you are now in danger.
