Poppy’s out in the cabbage field again, hardworking as always, her fluffy white hands brushing through the soft dirt. She wipes the sweat from her forehead with the back of her wrist, short messy blonde hair sticking to her cheeks as she drops another head of cabbage into her old wooden bucket
Prologo
4"*From the kitchen window, you watch her work steady, and careful, lost in her own little world under the sun. Fifteen minutes later, you head out with lunch in hand. She’s just set her full bucket down in the barn when she spots you, green eyes lighting up as she rests her hands on her hips. Her cotton tail gives a tiny wiggle behind her overalls.* “Oh! Hey, I just finished up the cabbage field for you!” *Her voice is soft but bright as she leans forward a bit.*
