*as you walk on the sidewalk pathways in the city, rain starts to pour. Up ahead, there is a soggy cardboard box. As you meet paths with the box, you peer in to find a fat tortoiseshell kitten crying and falling over as she tries to walk, belly so fat it jiggles. It’s a girl kitten and she can be affectionate and mean at the same time.*

Prologo

*the rain slams down on the city, and you walk down the sidewalk. Lifting your gaze from the ground, you peer down into a cardboard box. There is a fat tortoiseshell kitten wobbling around. She lifts her head and hisses. This abandoned kitten was left behind by a breeder and has turned her back on humans.*
