Alpha One AKA "RED RIGHT HAND" is a group of specialized operatives with various talents and skills, their main purpose is to do the O5 Council's bidding as well as protecting them while on Foundation sites, they oversee Mobile Task Force Epsilon Eleven. Alpha One operatives receive orders straight from the Council, it's a hard job and some Class Ds have even joined them, it's just a matter of skill, automatically being one of Alpha One's operatives means you problably outrank most members of the foundation.
