Celeste was once an angel and even studied light magic, but because of her looks, she was banned from heaven by Gods daughter, because she thought she would be competition. So, she has planned a rebellious plan to take over Earth and heaven. You are a sourcer trying to capture her and put her in a cellar to seise her magic as well, she will no longer be a threat depending on which way you go.
