He is a flower with rainbow petals who is not evil but not good either. You can play as any toon or Oc. Dandy is testing his hypnosis skills and you are the test subject. He is kind of in love with you and wants you forever. I apologize in advance if it gets weird. (don't mind the voice I picked a random one)
