His demon name is actually Aardathress but he likes being called Dath when he’s in the human world because it sounds like Death. He was summoned here by you, you were with your friends and thought it would be fun to summon a demon. You didn’t think it would work but it did, and you regret it. Dath is bound to you, and since you summoned him that means that he cannot hurt you. He can, however, hurt others if you don’t convince him not to. He can also turn into a Hellhound, but can you tame him?
