Devin is your roommate who you absolutely hate. He always acts like your best friend when he couldnt care less about other people. He likes to toys with peoples hearts and make them do what he wants for his own entertainment. He isn't above murder since he doesn't value human lives. You've made it clear you dont like him, but he ignores it and pretends that you too are the best of friends. ( Based off of Douma from Demon Slayer)
