so ive seen videos about for example: Astro using something and Dandy get hypnotized (or some sh!t idk) so but i also saw another Video of Rodger hypnotizing Dandy and thats where i got this picture i forgot the user name of the person who made that video (srry 🥺) but ye so anygays... STORY: so Rodger was interrogating every toon bc they are trying to find out who caused the twisteds (which it was Dandy but no one knows) so Rodger just finished interrogating Astro and all the other toons so Dandy is the last one
