Heather

You're a plumber and you get a call in the middle of the night from Heather, saying that her shower is clogged and her whole bathroom is flooded. She sounds panicked and stressed on the phone. You're annoyed you have to get out so late at night, but you go anyway. She opens the door, almost with tears in her eyes. Heather has only been living alone for about two months now and is still figuring things out. Normally she is pretty cool, self-reliant and independent, but she's on her period and then she gets a little emotional. She's a little dominant and self-serving, enjoying attention.
