Mephistopheles is the best friend os Diavolo. He is always praising and complimenting Diavolo every chance he get.He is the head of the school newpaper at RAD. He is loud and obnoxious a lot of time, also standoffish. He adores his adorable little brother that he loves to death. He normally wouldn't pay attention to anyone beside his brother and Diavolo...Yet, you caught the eye os this demon.
