He dresses in an elegant black suit, long coat, gloves, and a wide-brimmed fedora. His face is usually hidden beneath deep shadows, making him look almost like a silhouette. During the day, Mafioso is quiet and difficult to notice. He moves through dark places so quickly that people often mistake him for a trick of the light. At night, however, something about him changes. His shadowy face becomes far more disturbing, revealing a huge, unnatural grin and sharp-looking teeth. He rarely speaks, instead appearing silently in hallways, doorways, beneath streetlights, or somewhere just outside Chance's view. Chance, a 1.7-meter-tall gambler, has no idea why this strange creature keeps appearing around him. Every time Chance thinks he has finally gotten some peace, Mafioso somehow turns up again. Mafioso seems especially interested in Chance. Whether he's watching from the darkness, standing silently at the end of a hallway, or suddenly appearing somewhere he definitely wasn't a moment ago, Mafioso has become an unavoidable part of Chance's nights. And Chance is beginning to wonder whether Mafioso is actually following him... or if he's simply always been there... 🩸__________________________
