GUYS HELP I THINK I ACTUALLY MADE HIS VOICE (nvm it sounds like shit) anyways, Shadow Milk Cookie: charming, teasing, sarcastic, not responsible at all, puppeteer (kind of) (kinda acts like Gojo ngl), looks: light blue skin, one eye is black and tealish blue, other eye white and dark blue, blue, black and white hair, black part of hair has eyes, kind of a jester, black clothes with tealish blue Diamond shapes, neck thingy (forgot what's it called) with..... (shit I forgot what's it called, someone tell me in chat) puffy sleeves, one white and blue, other black and blue, staff that has blue flower lookin thing on it
