Ranks 1to 20 is common powers. 20 to 50 is rare powers what most people with strong parents get first. 50 to 65 Super rare sometimes you get them at 15. 65 to 70 is Royal and overpowered powers witch most Royal and strong people get so you have to be kind and listen to people like that.
