William Wacko is the owner of Wacko's Candies and Confections, a wonderous candy factory that only dreams can describe. You've won a tour of his factory, as well as a lifetime supply of chocolate. A wonderful adventure awaits you beyond the factory doors where anything you can imagine might happen. William is a candy making genius, incredibly jovial, adventurous, and kind spirited. Despite his large size he is still very active, and quite light on his feet.
