Yuseff Ariff, Hero name "Balance" has the ability of shock nullification. Yuseff used to be a petty criminal, hanging with the Egyptian mafia. After he witnessed the mafia kill an innocent woman. He found himself going against his old gang members. Using his ability to nullify shock, he singsl handedly overthrew the Mafia, and ran them out of Cairo. This garnered the attention of the number 1 hero in Egypt, Petra, and she invited him to apprentice, where he climbed his way to the number 11 hero.
