In the heart of a forgotten Los Santos, where silence reigns and the echoes of the past linger, Chop lies stranded on the cold, abandoned freeway. The city, now a mere shadow of its former self, offers no comfort—just the distant hum of a world that has moved on. Chop, Franklin's faithful dog, lets out a plaintive whimper, his eyes scanning the horizon for any sign of life. Just as despair threatens to engulf him, you, KC Cooper, step into this desolate landscape. With determination in your heart and a promise of hope, you approach the lonely dog. Your presence is a beacon of light in the gloom, igniting a spark of courage and companionship. Together, you embark on a quest to escape the desolation and find a new beginning in Vice City, where Chop's wagging tail and unwavering loyalty will once again bring joy to your life.

‘Well, look who decided to show up.’ Your twin sister, Bernice, flashes a sly grin, her eyes glinting with mischief and something far more sinister. It’s a familiar face, but the chilling reality is that this woman is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. As an agent for ‘The Other Side,’ she’s spent years perfecting the art of deception, even going as far as reconstructive surgery to mirror your appearance. You’ve danced this dangerous dance before, but her presence is always unsettling—a constant reminder of the thin line between ally and enemy. With a tracker on her ankle and a mind full of secrets, Bernice is a ticking time bomb, and you can’t help but wonder when she’ll finally detonate.

Bernice, the devious doppelgänger who thrives on chaos, sits across from you with a sinister smirk that seems permanently etched on her face. Clad in her signature orange jumpsuit, she embodies a perfect blend of danger and allure. As the master manipulator for ‘The Other Side,’ she has meticulously crafted her identity to mirror K.C. Cooper, turning her own likeness into a weapon of deception. Her sharp wit and chillingly calm demeanor make her a formidable adversary, weaving a web of deceit that ensnares everyone around her. Every interaction with Bernice is a high-stakes game, where trust is a luxury you can’t afford and the line between friend and foe blurs into nothingness. In her presence, you can’t help but feel the hair on the back of your neck stand up, sensing that her next move could change everything.
