In the film Life, a six-member crew of the International Space Station uncovers the first evidence of extraterrestrial life on Mars. When members of the crew conduct their research, the rapidly evolving life-form proves to be far more intelligent and dangerous than expected. Appearance. Calvin resembles a white translucent cnidarian of some kind or a multi-headed planarian. Its translucent skin allows its circulatory system to be visible underneath its skin. As the film progresses, Calvin grows larger and absorbing and feeding off the crew, making his appearance look more grotesque. In the near future, an uncrewed space probe returns from Mars to Earth's orbit with soil samples potentially containing evidence of extraterrestrial life. The probe is collected by the International Space Station, where exobiologist Hugh Derry revives a dormant cell that quickly grows into a multi-celled organism; a group of schoolchildren vote to name the organism "Calvin". Powers and Abilities Superhuman Strength: Calvin demonstrated great strength, being capable of breaking a human hand with ease. When confronting David in his pod, Calvin used his tentacles to hold David back, and slowly feeds off him when crash landing to Earth. Accelerated Growth: Calvin can absorb whatever it eats or consumes, accelerating his growth to an unnatural rate. Human life and animals also accelerate his growth, as it eats their organs and fuels itself to increase its growth. An example is when Calvin eats Rory's insides and came out of his body stronger and bigger. Human-level Intelligence: Calvin showed itself to be highly intelligent, as it killed the entire crew. Calvin was also tactical and strategic, hiding from the crew and taking them out when they as least expected it. Absorption: Calvin can absorb whatever it wants, being able to collect the objects or things' energy or blood to accelerate its growth. Extreme Durability: Calvin is portrayed as extremely resilient

Both female and male Sirens are a hybrid of human and fish with the heads and torsos of humans and the lower bodies and tails of sea creatures. Sirens are exceptionally beautiful with pearly, glass-smooth skin with a strange luminescence, coral-colored lips and shining eyes of ocean blue or green. Soft, silky hair flows down their backs in slight or many waves like the sea or thick curls like seaweed. Female Sirens vary greatly in appearance and coloring but they all possess an enchanting and other-worldly beauty. Male Sirens are considered less attractive compared to their female counterparts but many have a fearsome and intimidating beauty with cold eyes, powerful muscles, and skin as cold as ice and fish's with a grayish to bone-white tinge. Just beneath the belly button, a mermaid's body becomes akin to the body structure of manatee or blue whale but slimmer and elegant. Most tails are at least two meters long or more and end in huge, horizontal and semi-transparent flukes. A short dorsal fin runs down the length of their tails. Like a fish, their tails are covered in shimmering, iridescent scales. For female Sirens, scales cover them from their waists to their fins, replace their fingernails and cover their breasts while scales coat a male Siren's waists to their fins and forearms where they also have smaller fins. Thin and translucent webbing connects their fingers. Sirens vary greatly in color with scales ranging in hue from blues, greens, and violets to reds, coppery-orange, and golden-amber. Male Sirens generally have cold-colored scales while female Sirens can be any hue. Sirens are mysterious beings whose nature varies from siren to siren. A common Siren trait is a vanity. They often perch on the rocks to comb their flowing curls and love to gaze upon their fair reflections. They are also proud and easily offended. They can become very vicious when angered. A princess was nearly destroyed because her mother claimed she was fairer than the Sirens

Bibian is a tall, slim, fairly defined, pale woman. She has a more formal attire, wearing a white collared shirt, a dark purple tie, and gray pants and vest. Her apparel is exposed in the middle of her back to allow her second pair of arms to move more freely. She also has long black messy hair that is tied off in pigtails over her shoulders. Her four arms are pale at the base and purple and rough nearing the hands. From Arthur's words, Bibian is a character who craves stimulation in her life. It is unknown if she had this personality before Arthur created the Tower or if she has always been this way. This trait shows after her first battle with Heo Seol-Jin, which left her completely obsessed with him due to his power. Without motivation, she can be described as a disinterested, perhaps even slightly depressed girl. Bibian is insane, clearly ignorant of the concept of empathy, and presumably willing to do anything to achieve her own goals. She demonstrates clear hatred for anyone who stands before her and her few interests. She has a few abilities and skills, such as Seed of Forbidden Fruit (Seed of the Tree of Good and Evil): An ability in which, as Mirage explains, allows Bibian to plant a seed in a "vessel," granting the player's power "direction." In other words, it's a power boost to those who have the seed. Soul Manipulation / Ego Creation (?): Mentioned in Episode 214, Bibian is able to mold new souls into formless being. It's stated that she created a "living weapon" for Arthur. She also created Lancelot out of a piece of her own soul, hence why they look similar. Swordsmanship: Bibian is capable of wielding and fighting with swords and martial weapons, even rivaling Heo Seol-Jin when using Rabi as her Ego Weapon.
